POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
For all orders to UK addresses, postage is free, including the cost of packing and packaging. Your item(s) will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, usually within 36 hours of your order. Delivery can take up to seven days after despatch. If your purchases do not arrive within ten days of your ordering them, please contact us.
We also deliver to all European addresses outside the UK. Your item(s) will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, usually within 36 hours of your order. Delivery can take up to fourteen days after despatch. If your purchases do not arrive within twenty-one days of your ordering them, please contact us.
Our postage charges are based on Royal Mail's Airmail Small Packet rates and include the cost of packing and packaging.

At present we do not deliver to addresses outside Europe.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices in the Curzon Cinemas Store are in GBP (sterling) and inclusive of VAT. The Curzon Store displays the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), the Store price, and the Members' Price. All Curzon Members, both Auteurs and Cineastes, qualify for an automatic 10% discount on the quoted Store Price on all Store transactions.
If you pay with a credit card denominated in another currency, your account will be charged in GBP and your card provider will then translate that transaction into the currency your account is billed in, at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is translated. Curzon Cinemas will not add any extra charges to this transaction, although your card provider may do so.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.
If you take delivery of a Curzon package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
You also have the right to return a faulty item within thirty days of receipt for exchange.
