NEXT NIGHT:
FRIDAY 10 JULY. 11.30pm
English Premiere: ANTICHRIST [18]
Lars Von Trier is back with a film guaranteed to make you think twice about your next woodland holiday. Charlotte Gainsbourg and Willem Dafoe star as a grieving couple, whose attempts to return to normality go disastrously wrong when nature itself seems to turn against them. Join us for the English premiere of the film that divided critics at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, and is destined to be the talking point of arthouse cinema for years to come. With themed bar, an exclusive exhibition of film stills, live music, and bespoke cocktails (you’ll need them!).
Thanks to Artificial Eye.
FRIDAY 31 JULY. 11.30pm
80’s PINK & BLUE PARTY: PRETTY IN PINK Vs BLUE VELVET
Our 80’s night is back! Groove to the tunes of Prince Nelly (Popstarz, Guilty Pleasures) with a free pink or blue Taboo cocktail, then choose between two 1986 gems: Bratpack classic Pretty in Pink starring John Hughes’s muse Molly Ringwald, OR David Lynch’s maniacal masterpiece Blue Velvet starring Dennis Hopper and Laura Dern. Plus an afterparty with an exclusive music/video mash up set from Straight To Video (DJs Freelance Hellraiser and The 20th Century Fox), a late bar and 80’s karaoke on the big screen!
