Fisherman's Friends

Fisherman's Friends

The real-life heartwarming tale of a group of Cornish fishermen whose sea shanties took them to the top of the charts.

Fisherman’s Friends finds music biz type Danny (Daniel Mays) on a stag do in Cornwall. Hearing a local group singing 'the rock & roll of 1752', his friend (Noel Clarke) challenges him to sign the group, but they’re not interested in fame or fortune.

An hilarious fish out of water comedy that makes the most of the winning ensemble including James Purefoy, Tuppence Middleton, David Hayman and I, Daniel Blake's Dave Johns.
