Following the latest government guidelines about the further easing of lockdown from 4 July, we are now in a position to announce our reopening plans.
From 17th July we will be opening Curzon Canterbury. From 24 July we will be opening Curzon Mayfair. The partial reopening is to ensure we have all the safeguarding measures in place for the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
We will then begin a staggered reopening plan for our other venues through the rest of July and August. We will be updating this page regularly with more detailed information including what films we will be programming and special offers to welcome you back.
We will be taking comprehensive health and safety precautions and our cinema staff have undergone the necessary training. The safety measures in place will include clear signage, sanitation stations, allocated seating, social distancing plans, contactless payments, staggered film times and enhanced cleaning. We will be on hand to advise and help customers feel comfortable and secure.
We look forward to welcoming you all back with open (but socially distanced) arms.
Tickets will go on sale shortly and will be announced through our normal communication channels such as newsletters and social media.

Our policy has been to contact all ticket holders for upcoming events and films to offer a full refund.
Because of GDPR and privacy rules, we cannot keep personal bank details on file so have not been able to make an automatic refund. If you have recently contacted customer services to request a refund then this is being processed and should be back in your account soon. Refunds can take 5-7 days before you see the credit.
If you are still owed a refund then please contact our customer service team on 0333 321 0104. Lines are open Monday - Friday 8.00am to 9.00pm and Saturday - Sunday 9.00am to 8.00pm. Calls are charged at the same rate as number beginning 01 or 02.
All Cult and Complete Members will have their membership extended to cover the length of the closure.
Classic Memberships due to lapse during our cinemas' closure will be extended on a monthly basis. For example, if your membership was due to expire on March 31 it will be extended until April 30 and so on. Any free tickets remaining on your account will be able to be used once the cinemas reopen.
During this time all members can use Curzon12 and watch films free of charge. All members will receive the usual membership discount on other films on the service.
