The Secret in their Eyes (El Secreto de sus ojos)

The Secret in their Eyes (El Secreto de sus ojos)

The sixth film in our Seven Wonders of World Cinema series, Juan José Campanella's The Secret in Their Eyes won the Best Foreign Language Film award at the 2010 Oscars.

For 25 years, a murder case has remained indelibly etched on Benjamín Espósito’s mind. Now retired, he decides to go back over that story and take another look at a past full of love, death and friendship. But those memories, once released and replayed a thousand times over, will change his view of that past. And rewrite his future.

Screening to be introduced by academic and Sight & Sound contributor Prof. Maria Delgado.
