CURZON - WINNER OF THE 2017 BAFTA FOR OUTSTANDING BRITISH CONTRIBUTION TO CINEMA

Dark River (15) + Q&A with Clio Barnard

Clio Barnard (The Selfish Giant, The Arbor) offers up an impressive adaptation of Rose Tremain's Trespass, moving the story's location from France to Northern England, but keeping the action on a remote farm.

A tale of sibling rivalry prompted by a family bereavement, it features heartfelt performances by Ruth Wilson and Mark Stanley.

Q&A screening: Clio Barnard joins us for a post-screening discussion. Thursday 1 March 6.40pm, Curzon Canterbury.
