About the cinema

Set over two floors and incorporating five screens, Curzon Oxford hosts a cafe-bar with a with pizzeria and grill, as well as a night-time bar with lounge areas to enjoy a drink before and after your film.

We offer the finest cinematic experience in Oxford with spacious, comfortable screens showing the latest in Hollywood entertainment mixed with independent and international films, alternative content and a selection of events - from DJ nights in the bar to Q&As and panel discussions in the screens.

Alongside the latest digital technology, the new cinema has a 35mm projector, so you can experience the arresting beauty and pure magic of analogue film - flicker, whirr and all.

Opening times

The cinema opens 15 minutes before the first film of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start time of the last film of the day. Typically this will be approximately 11.45am - 9:30pm Monday - Friday and 9.45am - 9.30pm Saturday & Sunday however check listings for accurate information.

Screen 1 - 144 seats, 4 of which removable for 2 wheelchair spaces (front row).

Screen 2 - 172 seats, 4 of which removable for 2 wheelchair spaces (front row).
